Hi, I’m Stephanie.

It’s great to meet you! I established Inner Strength Health in 2006, and I am so proud to say I have been working alongside this amazing community of Delta ever since.

As a certified personal trainer, HCA registered health & nutrition counselor, and certified life coach, it is my absolute goal and passion to help you live your healthiest life both physically and mentally

I will teach you smarter ways to physically train and more mindful and sustainable ways to nourish your body. And if you’re feeling stuck in your wellness journey, as a certified life coach, I am here to help you discover and clear the root of your problems so that you can move forward in your transformation with clarity, positivity, confidence and the tools to realize your dreams.

I want to help you to realize your greatest sense of well-being so that you can celebrate conquered goals and embrace moments you never thought possible.

So, if you are ready to make positive lifestyle changes, I would love to team up with you to help you take the steps you need to make your dreams a reality.

A Little Bit More About Me

  • I moved to Ladner from Ontario in 2005 and I love it here!!!

  • I played soccer in university and met my husband there.

  • We have 4 teenage children. Sometimes I’m still shocked by this!

  • I am a lifelong student. I love to learn and challenge myself to grow in unfamiliar spaces.

  • I am very uncomfortable swimming in water, but love kayaking and paddleboarding.

  • I love physical challenges and crave the outdoors, so hiking and snowshoeing are one of my happy places too.

  • My dad introduced me to working out when I was 8 and I have loved it ever since.

  • I love blues music, country music and classic rock but will listen to pop music too….to feel cool in front of my kids.

  • I have a 4 year old goldendoodle (my first dog ever) and he is my best friend.

My life is crazy, busy and wonderful, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
