01 — Personal Training

One-on-one training is designed to be unique to you and your health goals. We will work together to enhance the function and performance of your body’s natural chains, analyzing movement patterns and identifying dysfunctional habits to help you reach your goals effectively and safely.

 

02 — Semi-Private Personal Training

Two-on-one training is designed to offer a unique environment to work on your health goals alongside a friend, family member, coworker (you name it). We will work together to enhance the function and performance of your body’s natural chains, analyzing movement patterns and identifying dysfunctional habits to help you reach your goals effectively and safely.

 

03 — Small Group Drop-In Training

Two options: 1 hour or  45-minute classes are available in a variety of different forms all with the common goal of strengthening the body’s movement patterns while improving overall mobility. 

Choose from Functional Force, TRX and Sandbag, Full Body HIIT, 4-minute Blast, and Moving Freely. To learn more about each class and sign up, follow the link below.

 

04 — Video On Demand At-Home Training

A full library of movement classes ranging in length from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Participants will work through similar movements and structures of in-person classes. With a lot of variety to choose from, find a class that supports where you are at that day and participate in the comfort of your home, while traveling, at the park, or on the go.

A free 7-day trial is available for anyone new to our fitness family, and monthly packages are available after your trial completes.

 

05 — Training for Teens

Currently unavailable.

This 45-minute class is for children born in 2006/2007/2008. Movements will include strength and cardio activities where safety, proper movement patterns, and form will be of the utmost importance. 

These drop-in classes max out at 4 participants only. This means that I will be able to provide individualized attention to your child throughout the class. The classes will include bodyweight activities where safety, proper movement patterns, and form will be of the utmost importance. Proper loads will be added in on an individual basis as they are earned.
